We only keep information to allow us to bill, service your order and follow-up on any concerns that you may timely communicate to us.

9. Shipping and Return & Refund Policy

If your order arrives damaged, please submit a photo of the damage with your request here (Luis, Make this a hyperlink with an email) within 48 hours of receiving the shipment. If you do not report the damage to us within this 48 hour period, we may not be able to honor your claim. In addition, Please note that there may be additional circumstances under which we will not be able to honor your return. Acceptance of a return is within our sole discretion & you bear shipping costs.

Items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned. If you are concerned that you may wish to return an item, please check whether it is “Final Sale” prior to making your purchase.

Items marked “Return for store credit” are returnable for STORE CREDIT within 7 days of receiving the item assuming the item is in a sellable condition. Please return with the shipping invoice, at your expense. Upon receipt and reprocessing of the item into our system & you will receive the store credit.
